Just got a notice that my wifes conditional resident status has been terminated.

Apparently they were not satisfied with the info we sent them,Affadavits photos bank ifo etc.

Anyway i am going to fight this but dont know what to do next. The letter Immigration sent us said we could get a lawyer

to represent us in deportation hearings but didnt give any info about about when this would be

Would like advice from anyone who has been through this.

Need more info.

Did you get RFE? Did you have an interview?

They give you those things before they deny.

Had interview. Later recieved notice of intent to terminate status. Replied with more info More Affadavits, photos bank info.

Just recieved letter today . Apparently info wasn`t good enough for them and status has been terminated.

At this point of your case, you need AN EXPERIENCED LAWYER immidiately. This forum is no longer able to provide you with advises other than finding a lawyer to follow the case at immigration court. Good luck with your case.

Normally when they terminate your case they RFE you first and if you do not provide them with substantial evidence, they will send an intent to deny with instruction on appeal, and after 30 days you will either get your status terminated with a deportation letter. I know this because a friend is currently fighting this case with DHS. However, he was not living with his wife during the 2 year residency so apparently he couldn't prove much to them. He is fighting this a hardship if he is sent back to his country.

Sorry to hear about your situation, but as everyone else said you need a good lawyer and money. I pray it all work out in the end.

As stated before, you need a really good lawyer. You have to go in front of the immigration judge. You would have a chance to appeal removal proceedings. I believe you have about 30 days to appeal and pay the processing fee, before the appeal is sent to Washington DC to the Board of Immigration Apoeals.

Good luck

Very sad to hear this, but it is time you spent money on lawyer, and you will need a very good one. Unless you want to be deported for sure this is not a matter of saving money.

Although I have heard that immigration judge tends to approve your case at deportation hearings I truly doubt that.

Good luck!

Just sending photo, statement from bank and affidavits not sufficient.

Did you send joint lease or letter from owner or IDs to prove common address or letters received at home?

Living together is mandatory for bonafide marriage.

Can you please list what did they ask you in interview?it was just one interview or 2?

If relationship is not real,i fear that hiring the lawyer even is not gonna help,no matter how much high fee he charges.
