Hey there.. I just want to make sure it is ok to file for K-1 after just 1 Year and four months.. We are actually living together now.. However we want to file now as my Fiance will be going to soon... We have primary evidence of being together within these time..

Yes, sure. There are some couples here just met a few months and filed afterwards. Their visas were approved.

Thank you.. Ya'll just put a huge smile on my face.. I am sure we have everything.. from primary to secondary evedidence and the form are on point... Our only concern is that he his a student and we will be using a co-sponsor.. Which I know Its ok to use a co-sponsor.. Other than that and the waiting time, the extra paper inbetween I feel we r ok... ???? :wacko:

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

Where are you living together now?

Have you considered getting marry and then filing for a spousal visa?

Why? K1 is processing MUCH faster than spouse visas (4-8 months vs. 12-15 for spouse visas) ... How would getting married benefit them at this point?
