Hello all,

My fiance had his interview with the London Embassy the 9th of April, and whilst there he had forgotten to bring his birth certificate and I had forgotten to send an updated letter of intent. They advised us to collect the documents and send them in via the DX Group courier service, where they would then complete the paperwork. We did so, the packet was taken to the depot on May 3rd to send to the Embassy. It is now May 14th, I've been checking the tracking service multiple times a day just to be told, "Your item is due to be or has recently been returned." I can't quite decipher what exactly this means, except maybe they FINALLY sent it to the embassy. Has anyone ever needed to use this courier service to send documents to the embassy? If so, what amount of time should we give it to actually process the docs if they have received them? Any insight is appreciated! Thanks so much!

In the past, I have seen 1-3 weeks before they get back to cases. You can check the CEAC status. When it says "Issued" it means approved and printed. Then you wait for it to get turned over to the courier.

Thanks so much! I actually checked the CEAC status checker today and it was issued as of May 12th! Not sure why I didn't think to check it but I'm glad I did! Thank you so much for your help! :)
