hello sir/madam, i just want to ask this question. Please, i was selected as one of the winners of the DV lottery 2014, after sending my forms, i waited for interview letter, only to call KCC and i was told that i sent my form too late and it was received on July 29 2014. So after begging and pleading for them to help me, all they could tell me is that i should Reapply for the next DV. So sir my question is do i have any advantage of being added amongst the selectees for this new DV coming year... My case number 2014AF00080174

No, you have no advantage I'm afraid. Random is random. If you are lucky enough to get selected again, don't make the same mistake and delay form submission so long....if you sent your form on 29 July they probably aren't even finished processing it, but as all the September interviews were scheduled at the beginning of July anyway you were way too late. If DV had been undersubscribed they may have been able to fit you in late but as we are aware from a number of embassy postings, all available visa numbers have already been allocated interviews. There is no more interview capacity for DV2014. If you get selected again, don't wait so long....
