My son is a US citizen and he is 9 month old. Is there a way for me to get residency permit to live and work in US? I need to know what are my options? Also I would like to know if I want to invest in US can I get a residency permit and what are the conditions?

You can't obtain residence in the US until your son is 21 years of age and a full time resident in the US. The rules for investment visas are not that simple. You might be better off consulting with a lawyer who specializes in both immigration and corporate laws.

EB5 and E2 are the investment visa's.

No options until your son is 21 years old.

The father of the child is one of the options, who could sponsor you and or the other option is to wait until your son is at least 21 years of age.

I thought the OP was the father.

If you need a waiver then a son is not a qualifying relative.

How long is your longest ban? Seems you have been out of the US for 10 years.
