I have had trouble with them before. Get the poison and laugh maniacally while spraying them down. They took over after the termites did their damage. The main things I look for when buying a house is termites.Never want to go through that hell again.

Well I have bought a few with termites and I get a huge discount to where the owner selling is crying as they know they have to accept the offer. So termites can be good for someone that knows how to get rid of them and repair the damage. Easily the owners could do it themselves cheaper if they knew how and then get a good price for their home.
