I xxxxxx, have not included tax returns for the years 2012, 2013, 2014 for the following reasons:

In the tax year 2012 my income was $0.00 and according to IRS guidelines I was not required to file a return.

· 2012 I was pregnant with our son xxxxxxxx; I was kept in bed rest until our child birth.

In the tax year 2013 my income was $0.00 and according to IRS guidelines I was not required to file a return.

· I returned to school late 2013 to further my education becoming a full time student while being a full time Mother.

In the tax year 2014 my income was $0.00 and according to IRS guidelines I was not required to file a return.

· I entered my senior year of high school and graduated. I Started to attend College to continue to further my education.

I, xxxxxxxxx, certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States that the information I have provided in this statement is true and correct.

Can anyone tell me if this is a good excuse for my husbands I-864 I am looking for a Co-sponsor but i want to be prepared and don't want any delays ???

Yes I know I need a co-sponsor but were waiting for the I-130 to be approved I am trying to get the AOS packet ready and would just need my Co-sponsor's papers but from my part I am hoping this attachment is enough of an excuse for me not working all these years.

This is a few days late but we're currently in the 2014 tax year so you won't have a return for it. Your numbers should probably represent 2011-2013 as opposed to 2012-2014.
