Some people just seem to get really scrutinized down to every detail. Something in your relationship set them off on the path flagging it for fraud in the beginning and now you have to prove well beyond a reasonable doubt the validity of your relationship. I wouldn't say it is the age gap, necessarily, as ours is bigger than yours and we had no problem. How about how the relationship began? Was it quick to get very serious? There are things they doubted from the beginning and which they used to judge all of your actions following.

Someone mentioned in the other thread that relationships where you live together a few years are less likely to be scrutinized. I think that because of the evolution of events in your case, you have to overcome a lot to convince them now. Perhaps by living together longer in Morocco. I don't know. It is just a suggestion. You will not get a visa here as a tourist, I am 99% sure.

You can apply for one, certainly.

I find it extremely unlikely you'll get approved.

It also stated from the past notes of why it was denied that you only provided chat logs and email dates , but not the contents of your chat and emails.

It is very awkward to have them reading your personal discussions , however it's very necessary to go through and choose chats with your everyday discussions about family , work , etc.

Having letters from your family here in the U.S helps immensely also, just gives you more back up that people here know you are married and support you.

Seems they really have it in their head that you are helping him to get to the U.S via a sham marriage. If you have letters from people who know you and are close to you, it's more proof because they have signed letters and have them notarized.

My husband and I went through the k-1 denial and it was horrible , I wasn't going to leave one stone unturned before I submitted the I-130. I really think detailed chat content and letters from family were key. As were multiple visits, but seems you have that.

If you can't convince USCIS, who give approvals a high percentage of time , you certainly aren't going to convince CASA.

Detailed evidence is what they want, you need to give it to them. Best of luck!

I'm sorry to hear about all of the problems...it seems sometimes that one denial leas to other denials, or at least puts you under closer scrutiny. But the denial on the CR-1 should be checked into a little bit...why was it denied? Was it an actual denial, or a request for more evidence? Sometimes when you're emotional about these situations it's easy to glance at the top, see where it says no, and not even want to read the rest. But that doesn't help, and no, they don't care. The best answers will be found in the document you already have from before. Reread the denials, all of them. What were their reasons, in their words? A 221G is denial, but is actually a request for more evidence. An actual denial in most situations will come with a waiver, which I've hear takes another year to answer. Something does seem incredibly screwy here, not that consular officers always get it right...

This just does not add up here, THERE is something wrong, or we are not being told.,.,I got evidence of a meaningful, relationship in (1) two week vist to Cebu, Philippines, and the K-1 was approved. Now, the two of you have spent months together, and still denied, something is not being told, what was THE REASON, you were denied?

Countres have different levels of requirements. Nigeria's are very high.

It seems their marriage petition never made it to NVC because they failed to propely respond to a RFE and got denied. I am guessing they will be ok now, with her spending so much time with him.

Wow..I am so so sorry but I have to agree. Something is just not right, you may need a third party to take a look at every document sent and received from the beginning to understand the issue and find a solution. If you are having this much of a problem at the USCIS stage, I can't imagine the problems you may encounter at the NVC and the embassy stage. I do hope you have been gathering all the proof suggested by others.

I don't think you will be approved for a tourist visa, but I think you guys should figure a way to spend as much time together as possible. Time together is the best proof ...good luck

i think there maybe something wrong on your case, like did your wife petitioned someone before or you have a red flag like age gap or what may the reason can be for your denied in uscis or you can ask your wife to talk to someone on uscis to explain things for you
