Same Forms in AOS as in K1 Visa App

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere...I did a search and could not find it.

We are going through our Adjustment of Status application and I notice many of the forms are the same as our original application... Affadavit of Support, G-325A, Passport photos and so on.

Is it necessary to start over and fill out this stuff again from scratch or can we use copies of the original forms?

Start over. The Affidavit of support form is not the I-134, it is the I-864. Passport photos must have been taken within 30 days, and the information on the G-325A will have changed, address, marital status, etc.

It all needs to be updated.

Yes, you will need new G-325a because the information of the intending immigrant has now been changed, and a different affidavit of support, I-864.
