I got an RFE

Apparantly

finally got through on the visa number and they told me after reviewing the affidaivant that i am getting an RFE because of my most recent tax year

I sent in a w2 because at the time i had electronically filed and 2005 was not available at the time.

luckily the tax transcripts are now after calling the IRS (nervously)

What years were submitted originally.......2002, 2003, 2004..with W2 for 2005? Interesting considering that most here believe that the 2005 is not required until after April 15 when the deadline is to submit tax returns.

I thought 2005 wasn't needed yet, I called NVC yesterday and they said 2004 is fine. ????

i submitted my 2005 because i didnt work in 02 & 03

so i needed 05 really

My wife got the same message. Missing information and checklist sent. She did not send tax information from 2005. That must be the reason for this RFE.
