You don't need a sponsor for a DV application.

You won't get an NVC number either, please wait until 19 May as instructed for DV applicants, we assume the reason DV applicants were asked to wait is so that the form can be adjusted or information otherwise provided to them re the DS260. Previous years all sent in paper forms.

Like Sussie posted, you don't need a sponsor for DV. If you're a DV selectee, you NEED TO WAIT until May 19th before filling out form DS-260. You need to follow the instructions they've given you before you jeopardize your case.

Did you actually get that from your embassy for your DV application? Almost all other immigrant visas require sponsors so I would double check that you need it for DV. There are a couple of embassies that require a sponsor form but I haven't heard of this being the case for Cambodia before, mainly FSU and a couple of MENA countries. If you did get that notice it is clearly standard and not for DV as it does not tell you to wait till 19 May like the website does. Edited by SusieQQQ

And that is precisely why they've asked DV selectees to wait until May 19th before filling out the form. Yes, it is the same form, however, they're most likely making changes to it to accommodate DV selectees.

Ok, I'm going to try once more.

You have to wait until May 19 to fill in the form.

That third thing you posted comes from where? Not the dvselectee page. It talks about NVC. NVC does not apply to DV applicants. The second one comes off the dvselectee website. It mentions nothing about an affidavit of support.

Please wait till may 19 to fill in your form.

Then start getting your documents together.

I suggest calling your embassy, explaining you are a DV winner, and ask them if you need a sponsor. I am expecting they will say no.

Just to check: you have completed high school?

I'm wondering if this is not a scam as it doesn't make sense!

What doesn't make sense?

It's not that uncommon for DV winners to go ploughing through for example their country embassy websites, coming up with all sorts of things that are relevant for most ordinary immigrant visas but that are not relevant to diversity visas. I suspect this is one of those.

The third thing is come frome selected location on dv selectee page . Sure in dv selectee page doesn't mention an affidavit all that why I'm not sure if I really need sponsor or not

I have high school graduates and got excellent score

Also currently I have working experiend 8 years in advertising

agency . Is possible for to get qualification to continue my visa

You need to get nothing done before May 19th. I don't know how AF works, but check the Visa Bulletin from the previous years (2012, 2013, 2014 up to this month) and see if and when they reached your number (they interview up to the posted numbers in the table). The visa bulletin is here: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/law-and-policy/bulletin.html

For example in 2013 everyone from Africa got a chance to have the interview, because it's listed as CURRENT at the end of the year.

Born in Romania, been living in the US since 2007 (F1 visa)

F1 visa 2007-2011, 2011-2016 - OPT received August 25, 2014

DV-2015 Selectee - Case Number EU30,7xx - Interview estimate: May/June 2015 (?) - Might try to do AOS though it looks like it might be worse this year
