here you can see your own status.

what i did was i searched a couple of hundred I-30 casenumbers lower then mine , and see what they do.... so thats why i can see their cases getting completed.

08-05-2014: DS-261 available and completed

08-07-2014: AOS fee invoiced and paid

08-08-2014: AOS Package shipped to NVC ( picked up by DHL)

08-09-2014: AOS fee shows as "paid"

08-11-2014: AOS delivered to NVC

08-12-2014: AOS scanned in

08-20-2014: IV bill invoiced and paid

08-21-2014: IV Fee shows "paid"

08-21-2014: DS-260 available

08-22-2014: IV Package shipped to NVC ( picked up by DHL)

I called today and they are processing dec 3 2013 I 130 petitions. They said it will be uodated in july so they are pribably into jan 2014. We filed in april pd is april 28 2014. Recd notice of chqnge in alein number may 8 and nothing since. Today I made request for expedite.

I went to the link and chose one number below mine at same service center (nebraska) and it was approved. Chose one number above mine and same as me still in intial review. Also when I spoke to them she said she see no request for rfe. So hard to wait. My husband wants me to come back to pakistan to wait. I am an erican nurse and I would not be able to work. Pkus there is a severe shortage of nurses here so I cannot leave my community right now.

By using your method, I was able to conclude that they are working on Dec 26 PDs now..Hopefully I am right. My PD is 16 Jan 14
