Perfect. You'll be fine. I had all those things, and have been working with a very reputable lawyer. Don't forget the marriage certificate! Oh, and and with each picture, also include a concise description of where and when the photos were taken.

Hi,

You should be fine. We actually didn't include that much information in the file, only joint bank account, a phone bill on both our names, and joint dental insurance. And we prepared the extensive file for the interview.

Good luck!

where do you write the concise description of the picture? on the back? how do you present the pictures? I am thinking to include about 10.

Thank you

We had ten and that's what my lawyer asked me for. I am in Uruguay and my lawyer is in Boston. I emailed all the pictures to them. They sent me a copy of my filing, so I'm not sure if the copy they sent me was exactly how they did it, but t looked like they printed each picture from their computer adding the description on the actual photo page. (Descriptions such as, "Lauren and Federico returning to Uruguay, Boston, MA, March 10, 2013 ." )

If your pictures are already printed just write the description on the back, and in your cover page tell them that is what you did.

Also, don't forget to have your marriage certificate translated if it isn't in English.

Any other questions please feel free to ask.

. Thank you for your response. Our marriage certificate is in English since we got married in Texas. I do, however, need to translate my birtg certificate to English.
