Jump forward in your imagination to mid-century, when the world's population of about 7.2 billion is expected to swell to around 9.6 billion.

Hopefully the water supply dries up...millions of people die...and then the water will be clean again. We don't want to hurt the earth. :secret:

I don't see a need to choose, these are daily amounts not lifetime limits. Choose golf every other day if that suits you, there is no shortage of bourbon for the off days.

Bonus points for bourbon. Go KY!

So, I just need to plan the days ahead of time? Golf, bourbon, golf, bourbon, golf, bourbon, water.

I can do that.

If you like your lawn but want to use less water, use Bouteloua dactyloides. Its a native grass that can be mown etc.

Sure, but can it be rolled and smoked?

Awesome.. So we go large scale on desalinization or get rid of our lawns (I'm all for it - less work) and golf less and we are good to go.

On the climate change: They really don't know the exact changes that will take place at any given location - we could all be ankle deep in never ending rain or dry like a desert.

Come and take it.

Come and take it.

They said the same thing in phoenix before they passed a law against new homes having a lawn.. Now there are neighborhoods where every house has yards of beautiful gravel and yucca plants.. Now everybody has time to sit around and talk about how hot it is.....

Think how nice it would be.. every-bodies yard is just kinda "eh" .. no lawn mowers, weed eaters, lawn chemicals..

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect

What is nice about that? Plants have feelings too. Rocks are just dumb as can be and worthless. Mossy rocks are lazy.

I have two neighbors who are actual lawn care professionals. They each spend at least 8 to 10 hours a week in the summer on their own lawns. I just don't get it...but that's why they make chocolate and vanilla.

And I bet they understand that rocks are stupid.
