If you follow the link provided by Gupt it is $60 expedite fee in addition to the standard fees and you will have your passport in two weeks

You can get one the same day if you're willing to travel to a Passport Agency or pay for an expiditing service to apply at a Passport Agency for you...

One problem I can think of is that you might not be able to get his BC in such a short time period... it usually take a week or more to get it filed with the county...

Otherwise, it's a minimum of 14 days through usual channels with the additional expedite fee...

Passport Agencies are located at the following locations:

Boston

Chicago

Denver

Norwalk, CT

Honolulu

Houston

Los Angeles

Miami

New Orleans

New York

Philadelphia

San Francisco

Seattle

Washington, DC

You'll have to make an appointment...

Also if you google "passport expedite service" there are many sites that will for about $150 plus the government fees get you a passport anywheres from same day to a week. It is all about how much you are willing to pay.

YMMV

If you go right to the passport agency , you have to be traveling within two weeks...

if you look at this link it says this same thing for each agency... http://travel.state.gov/passport/about/age...encies_913.html

NOTE: Boston Passport Agency serves customers who are traveling within 2 weeks (14 days), or who need foreign visas for travel. An appointment is required.
