Tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may.

What did she tell the IO at her tourist visa interview? Did she tell them that she was visiting her boyfriend or family? If she said boyfriend, and she got the visa, she must have had some kind of ties to her country to be granted the visa. Make sure she is able to show those ties if asked. Now, if she said that she's visiting family and that's how she got the visa, well then you may want to cancel the tickets and get some airline credit back for them. And if she got the visa by showing her cleavage (don't laugh I know a girl who did that, she is 23 y/o single and hot and has ZERO ties to her country-no job, no property, not even a lease, but she dresses real slutty), and she somehow made it to the US. She has been here a bunch of times, she finds stupid guys to pay for her trips... she will probably have no issue getting in if the CBP officer is a male.
