I found this blog today while googling processing times...the blogger posted this May 3th so the info is relatively recent....it gives good insight into how USCIS works, extent of delays, cause of delays, and strategies for dealing with delays. If you read on, in the comment section, there's a petition that supports prioritizing I-130 over other visa types.
