Hi! Have a question regarding the letter from my employer. Working a commission based job my income is not set in stone. However, I have made no less than $33k since my employment 4 years ago. What can I put down as "annual salary"? Only my hourly ($22kish)?, or the hourly plus commission ($33k - $35k)? I am in Hawaii and filing for K-1 with a K-2. 125% for Hawaii is $28k~.

Appreciate any advice!

tl;dr; letter of employment from Sales job - hourly pay only (will not meet povety reqs), or hourly plus commissions (will meet poverty reqs)?
