I am not sure, but I would gather those elements again and send it agiain, specifically specifying what it is you are replying to and what exactly you are presenting as evidence. If you had multiple pages for one of your documents, you should send it ALL in, not just the first page or not just the page with the signatures. In some instances, I have read that a divorce decree did not say anything about a divorce in the verbiage. Other instances point to a decree not signed by the judge or that it was not a certified copy from the courthouse, etc.

Were your copies legible and easy to read? Make sure to provide a copy of the entire decree for both divorces and that the copies are easily read by anyone.

We had good luck when we submitted certified divorce decrees from the State Dept. of Vital Stats. In Nevada you have to apply for certified divorce decrees at the county clerk office where the divorce was granted.

This was for AOS, we submitted front and back copies of the certified divorce decrees. The IO asked to compare the copies with the originals at our interview, no problem. We bought several certified decrees, sometimes there is a deal if you buy multiple decrees. YMMV
