Hi Ryan: i saw you send supplemental sheet in IV packet, is that proof of ongoing relationship? just same as I130 package? and add the latest proof, is that right?

I am still waiting for GZO, it says the GZO becomes slow recently! someone says it takes almost one month! can't believe it!

Have a nice day!

I am waiting for NVCElectronic to send us the GUZ change to GZO so I can send in the AOS and IV emails. Its been 3 weeks now. Does anyone know where I can find out how long this is taking? I'm not sure they have even recieved the ENROLL email there has been no reply and I've tried 3 times now.

If I were in yer shoes,

I'd be on the phone,

talking with a supervisor at NVC. [not the first person that answers the phone]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Just talked to a supervisor (very nice man). I was told that it is taking a month or so now to get a GUZ number changed to a GZO number thru NVCElectronic. Either Optin or Enroll followed by the NVC Number in the subject line works, but there may not be a reply. He said that as long as a persons sent Email does not return a failed email message, they most likely have the request in the que.

I have the GZO number for the wife now so thats 31 days. I do not have a GZO number for my step-son who has his own GUZ number which I emailed to NVC at the same time. Does anyone know if I am to just send in his IV package using his moms new GZO number. I know there is only one AOS email to send for both but I'm not sure if NVC uses only her GZO number now for this or if there is another email that I should have gotten too.

did you send 2 separate ENROLL emails on the two separate casefiles?

if yes - call into NVC and talk with a supervisor again.

as to your question - no - as it IS a separate casefile. Cannot piggyback.

I called NVC (40 min on hold) and they dont know anything about EP as its a different department. So I think I have to wait now for the stepsons Enroll Confirmation also. I'm almost ready to email everything, But I have something I am still unsure of. I hope some one here can help with this as I have spent hours looking online, on VJ and the department of states wed site and I just get more confused.

On the I-864 It allows you to also name the children In my case I have the wife and stepson. He will be traveling with his mom so It looks like I have to list him there. He is 17 years old. But he has to have his own Visa. Reading the Department of State I-864 instructions he is included on My I-864 as part of the AOS package. I have thought that there is only one AOS package to send since they are both listed on the form. But maybe I need to send the same I-864 two times? On the department of states web site, Its a tricky thing to understand.

So I have two I-864's, one from me the petitioner and my dad the joint sponser. My income now is more than enough and my dads is also. My wife has alot of money and property in china so she could alone. So I listed her bank accounts and property on both my dads I-864 and mine also. Is this a mistake to list her assests on two I-864's?

I have been so worried about this.

I put "none" in all the Blanks, rechecked the income vs tax return amounts everything I read here that trips people.

But its still not clear to me maybe I need four I-864's. one from both my dad and me for each of them?

So I'm hoping to get an answer from someone that is or has done this with a wife and child. Just dont need anymore delays.

re: I-864 - it is one I-864 per casefile.

since you have 2 casefile's, thats 2 I-864s.

using a co-sponser? need more, one/each per casefile.
