I am a US citizen. My wife is Canadian. We both live and work in Canada (I have PR status here, but, retain my US citizenship), however, we now wish to move to the US.

As I understand it, DCF no longer exists in Canada, so, we should send our i-130 petition (and G-325A, etc) too the lockbox in Chicago, correct?

There is a consulate in Toronto which is a short drive from us, but, I haven't been able to get through to them (tried calling for 3 days).

Our package is almost complete, I just want to make sure we send it to the right place. Thanks for any advice.

Such a big country, that's odd that they would only do it in one city. But, it will give me a chance to go back for some smoked meat at Schwartz's deli. :dancing: Such a beautiful city, I recommend anyone that enjoys traveling to visit there.

You're telling me!! We live in Vancouver. We're planning on making the best of it and calling it a holiday, and it will be nice to see Montreal. But I really wish I didn't have to fly 3/4 of the way across the country when we have a perfectly good embassy here (which, by the way, processes K3s, which we also applied for)!
