Thank you. i stand corrected. Easier rules than Phil actually. We only get 21 days there. Do you know if they have an RSO alert like Phil does, since this is the issue for the OP? We are looking for a place that will accept him so they can meet.

Why does the lady want an RSO for a husband? That is not our issue. She is apparently past that and has not raised it, so it is not our business to inquire. They should however find out if they are going to have AWA problems getting the I129(f) approved.

Correct, it is not our issue but knowledge is power hence the link to Megan's Law in case the op would like to perform some due diligence as to who their fiancée is (especially if they have children). I was not looking for an answer from the op just wanted them to ponder the question. Perhaps I should have worded it differently. My apologies.

Since marriage in the Philippines is out of the question, how does a registered sex offender marry a Filipina?

Meet them in Brazil, No visa needed for Philippines citizens there

or go to another country they are allowed to enter without visa and see if you can enter there.
