Issues Before Interview

Hello Friends,

I have a random question(not related to my case at all) to add to this forum.

If person A (say on F1 or any other visa) marries a US citizen. Then person A finds out that his partner is cheating on him. In short, the US citizen partner is cheating the person A. Person A knows this exactly a month before the first GC interview. Say initially they married in a good faith, but later it never worked. Furthermore, that person A finds concrete evidences that his partner is cheating on him.

How can that person A fight the case if he still wants to live in the US since he fought all the people/family in his life back home and every other places? Is suffering destined to this person A because of the other cheating partner?

Just very curious to know.

Just my understanding... Person A can self-petition provided person A can find another [3rd] person to complete the I-864 to the satisfaction of the USCIS. It can and has been done in the past. FWIW, fighting the case has no merit/benefit for person A. Cheating on a spouse in the US is not a crime..., but can be a civil matter to be pursued in court provided that there is a basis for the court filing, such as an injury to person A.

This is a random question? And someone knows exactly 1 month before interview and has concrete evidence. Sounds very random.

Person A (the intending immigrant) cannot find someone else to sponsor them for a spousal green card. The spouse is always the sponsor and without their support the spousal green card will process will stop.

Person A cannot fight the case. GC application over.

LOL I pity on immigrants who go crazy for a GC. I heard the number one richest person in the world is from Mexico, isn't it? I also feel bad for the US spouses who will emotionally torture the immigrants sometimes threating for not helping in getting the GC. Bad karma at the peak definitely means it's their start of the bad future.

My friend is severely going through this pain. I am supporting him even I told my brother to sponsor him.

@Jomfer: your posting this to a forum where 50% of immigrants are crazy for a GC. And many USC spouses use that to "rule". Luckily, I don't think that part is 50% though. All the best to everyone!
