Hi,

after reading the guide to AOS for marriage green card from this site http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2, I have question about duplicate forms:

it says, for example, that in the I-485 Package: Checklist I need to submit "G-325A filled out, signed and dated." and in the "I-130 Package: Checklist" it also says I need "G-325A filled out by the foreign spouse signed and dated".

Does it mean I need to submit two copies of G-325A separately, with both "packages"?

We're filing I-485 together with I-130.

Thanks!

In general terms with multiple forms, i feel it is best to treat them as separate entities even though you are filing a bunch together. I did I 485, I 131 and I 765, but sent in 2 photos for each for example, and if each set of instructions asks for a copy of bio page of passport, then send one for each form. It might not be perfect and there may be some redundancy but it takes only a little longer and it won't be wrong!!!
