Good day VJ'rs,

I'm here again, still posting with my visa problem.

My situation is like this, I was petitioned by my Fiance on a CR-1 visa and had my interview last April 3, 2014,

Unfortunately, the consul need an additional documents that supports the AOS and the original copy of the AOS.

My husband submitted it and it was received at the embassy last April 7, 2014. We are calling them almost every week

for updates and they just told us that it is still at the consul and they cant give any update.

But Yesterday, when I called, they told me that the Documents that my husband sent to them was already evaluated and approved last

April 15, 2014...... but until now no visa yet, in addition to that, the lady on the phone told me that maybe our case is still for

"CLEARANCE"..... I would like to post this to ask some help with you out there who had the same case as mine and if you can tell me if my case

is still on the normal processing times and if you have any idea about the clearance thing and how it works.

Hello JKSforever my husband send the original copy directly to the embassy. The package includes the original I-864A of his mom who was his co-sponsor because he submitted the I-864 at the NVC and it was not the right form and a copy of the W-2 of his mom since the 1040 was not sufficient since his mom and dad are filling jointly.

My case is also an expidite due to typhoon haiyan.

Thank you for the help....
