When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

I recieved this checklist from NVC today . What the hell do they want ? Just financial evidence , but what ... when I pasted it did not come out right it is written in what looks Russian .

If there's no "checklist" then it isn't a "checklist". They are telling to use the bar coded document cover sheet when mailing documents. If you already done so by downloading our document cover sheets (one for AOS and one for Civil Documents) and sent both packages, just wait for them to process them. If not, USE THE BAR CODED COVER SHEET.

you can translate that to english so you can understand like what we did when we received an email like that.and it says that we missed some part in filling up the I -864 so they are requesting us to fill up a new one and that's what we did....
