Okay I am confused also. How are you applying for VAWA if you are out the country.

What petition did you file in the beginning?

after marriage in 2011 she filed I 130 and after approved I filed AOS from within US. But later the abuse was 2 much so I filed I 360 while I was in US. During the process I suffered a silent attack and I got back to my home country in 2013. Vawa was approved later after 3 months in 2013. Thn filed I 824 and thn finally NVC process. So to the answer to your question I filed Vawa while I was in US.. pls advice wht does it mean 221g white slip AP. ..

The problem is you filed VAWA then you left the country. So its confusing because you should never had stayed. You leaving shows you really didn't need VAWA now you are asking to come back. So they need to look deeper. There's no timeline how long this will happen.

i left US as I mentioned I suffered a heart attack and wanted to get further investigation on why did I have it? This is why I left US as I didn't wanted to be a public charge. Uscis allows people to file VAWA from outside US and also on approved VAWA to file for a visa outside US. May be the CO was confused what will I do when I get back to US. I stated I will look for a job. So I don't know but I will carry on with my life and my daily routine. I was trying to get justice in a civil manner as per the US laws. They can take there time on AP.
