Nobody can tell you how to get a tourist visa or your chances... You just have to apply for it with your Consulate requirements and always with the idea that a tourist visa is to visit US, so you have to show ties to your country... there could be a lot if people try to get money telling you they can raise your chances but would be just scam... you apply by yourself and show ties to your country and reasons to make you go back....

I love you Charles forever!!

Since you are a Filipino your chances of getting a tourist visa to the USA is very slim to nil. I think you already know that you are going to have to provide to the CO at the USEM that you have the money, means, and ties to the Philippines that you will return home to the Philippines and not over stay in the US beyond the tourist visa. I truly wish you the best of luck! But, I will add that many Filipinos are successful at getting tourist visas. Also, a consultation service would be a total waste of time, effort and expecially money!

hi to all,
im planning to get a tourist visa. i wanted to be sure i can get one so i want to get a consultation first. is anyone of you knows trusted consultation services? please help.
thanks,
yzle

Do the research and just give it a shot. There are no consultancy services that will be able to increase your chances of getting a visa. In the long run, you get a visa on your own merit. If you do the research and are able to show strong ties of returning to your home country then you'll probably get approved. Good luck!

Travel history and a pattern of leaving and returning also helps. There are tons of cheap Cebupac/Air Asia flights from Kota, HK, SG or Thailand. Take advantage of opportunity to visit visa free countries around the ph to build a travel history prior to applying. It won't be an assurance but it could help.
