Is USC's Birth Certificate required at interview?

Just go to the city or county clerk where they are filed and order a certified copy. The one I got from the New York CIty Deparmtent of Health Services cost me $38, and I got it in a week. Ordered it online.

??? I did not have my USC fiance's birth certificate at the interview in London. They don't require it.

I had mine however, and a copy of it, which they kept.

If you're talking about the K1 interview then no. You've already sent a copy of it (or of your passport) in the I-129F. I had my interview back in December. Didn't need it.

They do not require the petitioner's birth certificate for a K1 at London, only the beneficiaries birth certificate, I had my interview this past Tuesday

No they do not, those at the top of this thread are wrong.

Read the list of docs required for K1 on the London embassy website, it's not there.

Makes sense to me but I did not want to find out that I am wrong just to save $38. Besides there is a special thing the Phillipine govt runs called the CFO Seminar where they definitely need it. So I figured it was not a waste anyway.

I had my interview today at London. It is not needed.

Only the beneficiarys.

Then you should not comment in this thread to confuse the OP further since the USC's birth certificate is needed for unique Philippines CFO Seminar, totally different from the London K1 visa process.

Yup, I had my interview last week and they did not require the USC birth certificate. The only thing he checked of the USC was the income on the i-134 and as my fiancee was married, he looked through the i-129f to find her divorce decree.
