Hi I have got checklist for civil documents on may 3rd. But I have already sended all the original civil documents. When I called they said they only got one package. I told them that I sended both package. Then they put it on review. Then today I got another checklist for passport photocopy birth n marriage certificate and police certificate which I had already sended them. Then I call them again and they said the case is still under review. Im vary confused and frustrated not sure what to do or believe. Because when I call different representative say different things one of the agent said it was a false checklist. Then the next one say they only received one package. One of them said that the document was not from the right authority.tottly confused

Usually if the checklist is vague, just asking for everything in one of the packets, it's a false checklist. If it's asking for a specific document, it's a real checklist and even if you know you've already sent it, assume they've lost that document and send another one.
