As you may know, the June visa bulletin has just been issued. There is a more than a year retrogress for F2A category. It was September 2013 last month and now it's May 2012.

Does this affect those who already had their interview? I'm done with NVC and I had my interview and I'm waiting for Administrative Processing. Does this affect me?

Unfortunately, retrogression affects you too.

If your visa will be issued on or before May 31, 2014, you're safe.

On June 1, 2014 your PD is no longer current. If AP is not yet done by that time, you'll have to wait for your PD to become current again in order for a visa to be available for you and of course AP must be finished as well.
