My fiance will mail copies of his police report, birth certificate and passport to the Embassy as well as 2 passport photos and the confirmation letter he printed for the DS-160 application online.

Can he just take my I-134 forms and supporting evidence with him to the interview instead of mailing them since I had no idea the forms had to be notarized and I just did this yesterday and mailed them to him?

Do they want them mailed in advance or brought to the interview? That really controls what you do. And if they want them mailed, mail them 30 days in advance. Embassy mail rooms are horendously slow at filing incoming mail into the proper files.

Then I suggest you do as they ask. Gather those things together and DHL them over there.

Notice that they asked for the med on the day of the interview and advised you to do the med at least 3 weeks in advance.

The affidavit of support can be on the day of appointment

The fee gets paid on the appointment date

The rest goes by DHL.

I have no advance knowledge of any of this. Just reading what you posted here.
