DS-260 Vacination Question

I'm completing the DS-260 for my wife and I'm at the question "Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. laws?" And if I answer "no" a block comes up asking me to explain.

My wife does not have such documentation. She is 39 and does not have documentation of the vaccinations she had as a child. Will she have to have all the vaccinations that you get as a child, like for Polio, again?

She has to get one from the Medical exam at St. Lukes. In my case, I did my medical before I even completed that. But I guess you can just say yes since once your case is complete she will get her med exam and she will have the documentation. St. Lukes provides that document once you pass the medical.

Or you can just ask her to do her medical exam if you plan to book her flight the moment she gets her visa approved. Because the med exam if I am right expires in 6 months.

I answered "NO" and I explained why it's because I haven't got my medical yet...and.i didn't get any rfe with regards to that...I hope this will help..
