K-1 processing quotas based on beneficiary's home country?

Timeline

I see that on the "Processing Times" link are listed current processing times based on the service center and NOA1 dates. It indicates, based on information from Visa Journey members, that the TSC is currently processing I-129F petitions with NOA1 dates of Feb 7, 2014. My fiancé and I have an NOA1 date of Feb 5th.

When I search on timelines for folks with a beneficiary in Mexico, I find that there are I-129Fs with NOA1 dates going back to December that have not yet received their NOA2. But, there are petitioners with beneficiaries from other countries who have processed through the TSC with NOA1 dates from January and February who have completed the process.

Perhaps this is answered in an FAQ I've missed. Do they have quotas by country for I-129Fs, and do they process I-129Fs in different "piles" based on the home country of the beneficiary?

Thanks!

Main things to remember. Cases transferred to CSC process much faster. Immigrants from Philippines get rapid processing times, even at TSC. Beyond that, expect 5-6 months for NOA2.

The February 7, 2014 processing date for TSC is wrong. We have a thread for January 2014 TSC filers and I would say 95% of us (if not more) have not yet received NOA2. The poster above is correct, expect 5-6 months. Other than expediting Philippines petitions, the beneficiary's home country is irrelevant.

Thank you for clearing that up. Expedited petitions from the Philippines, not all petitions from the Philippines are expedited.

And I agree almost 90% of us January filers are still waiting for our noa2. But the good news is, I am starting to notice a lot of November and December petitioners getting their noa2, so January filers should be up next hopefully in June no later than July.

Just so you know not all immigrants from the Philippines get rapid processing times. We are still waiting for our NOA2 since January. Just Don't want to give false hope to any new petitioners with beneficiaries from the Philippines. (:

Thanks for clearing that up. I was under the impression it's everyone. I didn't realize that those that received the rapid processing requested & were granted expeditions. There should be a field in the Timeline for expeditions, so it's clear when viewing Timelines.

We got our NOA2 in 58 days, despite an RFE that I caused from a stupid mistake I made on one of the forms.

I don't know if we got an expedite (Candy and her family were not even touched by Typhoon Yolanda), if it was just luck or just good timing, but that is not mine to question.
