I'm not exactly sure if this means the Expedite was approved for sure or not, however my Congressman sent an Expedite for severe health reasons on Monday and received confirmation today that the I-130 is with an Adjudicating Officer and I should receive notification soon. Does this mean the Expedite was approved and they are working on our I-130??

It means it's with an officer now to be reviewed rather than sitting in a storeroom waiting to get to an officer. Whether it got there by the expedite or it was already there because your turn came up, it's good news.

Thank goodness! I was afraid it was just something they were telling the congressman as a way to satisfy our requests for information. I figured I would hear something about the expedite being approved before they told us our I-130 was with an officer?

We got a similar notice and had NOA2 a week later. Any news?

Not yet :( Got the offical copy of the Expedite approval in the mail Monday, still waiting for them to approve the I-130. Hopefully by next week! :/ They said 21 days max.
