Question on passport collection after stamping

Hello Everyone,

I am from Bangalore and I have my visa interview in Mumbai, and I have a question.

When they take your passport to stamp do they ask for the address to mail your passport back, or is there a place where you can collect it from?

Mailing back passport through India post would be kind of difficult to track I so i was wondering if there was a place to pick the passport from.

Is the address taken from the DS260?

You need to go to US Travel Docs website and first create a profile, if you have not done so yet. Here is the link:

You can do this now.

Once you have created a profile you will be able to schedule your OFC appointment (for fingerprinting and photographs) right there and also select where you would want to p/u your passport (with visa). There is a p/u location in Bangalore.

Prestige Atrium 2nd Floor Unit No. 304

No 1 Central Street

Bangalore, 560001

However, there are no OFC locations in Bangalore. They are in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi.

I am from Bangalore too.Instructions given by bkghosh is correct.
When you are trying to fix the appointment for your fingerprinting and photos through http://www.ustraveld...m/in/index.html you need to provide your passport pick up location, I have given the add as :
Prestige Atrium 2nd Floor Unit No. 304
No 1 Central Street
Bangalore, 560001
Just to be on the safer side. I dont receive mails on time at my current place.
