I JUST HAD MY INTERVIEW AND THEY GIVE ME 221G WHITE SLIP, IT SAY I NEED TO PROVIDE DOMICILE. I'M SO WORRIED AND I THINK I'M DENIED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT KEPT MY PASSPORT. JUST CHECKED MY VISA STATUS ITS "ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING." WHAT IS DOMICILE? HOW TO OBTAINED?

Is your fiance(e) living overseas with you? If so, then that's the problem. The USC must prove that they either permanently reside in the US and are just with you temporarily or that they are making sufficient plans to reestablish domicile there.

Practically speaking, the USC probably will need to return to the US, get a place to live and a job, and submit proof of that to the embassy to fulfill the requirements of the 221g. The consular officer you spoke to was unconvinced that the USC had a legitimate residence in the US for you to go to when you get there.

If you will be living with her family all she needs is to get a letter from her parents or family member saying that you will both be living at that address. If you are in administrative processing it doesn't mean your visa was denied it means they are waiting for you to send in proof of where you will be living in America.
