Baptismal Certificate for PETR?

hello All,

My Dad's interview at the Manila embassy was today and they put his Visa under AP. The embassy is asking for "baptismal certificate for PETR". What is PETR? does anybody know?

It looks to me, they want the petitioner's baptismal certificate.

Was your birth certificate late registered? They normally ask for supporting documents like baptismal if the petitioner's BC is late registered since you are chasing for a parent's visa (IR5), to establish that your father is really your parent.

Thanks for the response Apple21. Yes my BC was registered late. Now that actually make sense why they're asking for it. Thanks a lot.
