Hi guys im here again. Finally its our medical exam on May 14 at St.Lukes medical center. My question is, do they offer priority number for special cases? I know that there's a loooong waiting time inside st lukes. My concern is my 6y.o son. He is mildly autistic and hyper active. Well he is sensible most of the time and can undertsand situations but he gets tantrums if he gets bored and seems to wait too long. Well i guess regular kids his age gets aggravated waiting for a very long time, how much more with his condition right? Ive readied his book, toys, and ipad to keep his attention while waiting but i cant say how well will it go while we are waiting inside. I read some have waited for 3hrs!. If thats the case, and i have medical reports from his developmental pedia that he has that condition, will they prioritize us? Because in DFA for passport processing they have a system like that. Hopefully st.lukes is the same. Thank you for your inputs.

Suggestion to minimize his wait: If you get there earlier you get a better place on line and shorter waits all day. Can you get there yourself maybe 2 AM to get a super good place on line and then have someone else bring him to you at 6AM, right at the time that you go in?

Also can you make it the 15th? I hear the shortest lines are on Thursdays.

I am travelling alone with him since airfare for another companion will be really expensive already. Just incase i go in at 2am and have my priority number with me, can i go out again and be back at st lukes with my son with me before they open? Atleast i have our priority number already and atleast we are there bfore they officialy open. And yes, actually my plan was to really be there on thursday but since he is required to have skin test and that takes 48hrs for the result, i decided to go straight to st lukes when we arrive on wednesday 11am. You think that time is still ok for us to go there directly? I hope u could answer my other queries. Thanks al

Can't do it on Thursday, medical for children takes 3 days, so best days are Tuesday or Wednesday.

Got it. So she should stick to Wednesday. But can she really get there at 10 or 11 AM?

I know of a few that didn't show up until later and still got done in two days, or in her case with the child.. three days.

Getting to SLEC isn't really necessary, arrive a little later after the crowd has thinned and walk right in. ;)

May 14 is a wednesday. As you mentioned in your other thread, you're arriving Manila about 10am? (or have you changed your itinerary for an earlier flight?) You can go straight ahead to SLEC from the airport. You could probably arrive there about 12 noon latest if your ETA is 10am. You can start with the medical tests. People can start their test (or start queuing) any time of the day. The TST analysis for your son needs atleast 48 -72 hours observation time, so you CAN'T start it on a thursday.
