Accountant from Egypt

Hello Guys

I start my visa journey and i will get green card because my father is USC ( Insha2llah ) . I study in faculty of commerce , english section in egypt now .

can i work in US with my testimony from egypt without study again in US ? and if i can`t .. what i need to can find a job in any company ?

and if i must study in US to can work .. How many years i must study to be qualified ? and how much cost for every year ? and can i take loan to help me in my study cost ?

I am not sure how it works for accountants, but each state has different licensing and practice requirements. You might need to look up the state you will be likely living in and inquire with their local licensing boards. I know for other professions an equivalency evaluation of your foreign credentials is all that's required, but some states can be strict. There are companies that consider foreign qualifications and experience but without a license you won't be paid much.
