I have a question, I have already had my interview and now iam currently under administraive processing, will retrogression affect me? Or if somehow they manage to issue me a visa before June 1st, I won't be affected? Thanks.

A visa can only be issued to you if your PD is current.

If your PD is current now but will not be current after retrogression in the June 2014 Visa Bulletin, then you can only be issued a visa in May while your PD is current. After June, you will need to wait for your PD to become current again in order for a visa to be issued.

This reform has been approved by President Oba but other members of senate has not given permission yet. So its been stucked since a uear. Its really painful to wait after completing every step.

Hi,

You are not getting your facts right.

The President cannot approve a bill before it passes Congress. So, there is no way for Obama to approve anything that the Senate has not passes.

Furthermore, it's House Republicans who have said they will not discuss immigration reform.

All this news have been there for quite some time since Senate passed CIR bill last July. Nothing has moved since then. There is just flat noise. House does not give a damn about legal immigration.

Hello everyone! Let me to join us in this great and helpful forum! We are very nice gays! Sorry for the reason I decide to write down here. I'm disappointing of retrogressed to 01.05.2012. That's awful! I'm so close to get visa. My case complete in 27.03.2014, my PD is 22.08.2012. I'm waiting for almost two years and now...I dont know how long is take. No concrete period. How do you handle with? Hugs

It will back to normal in October as October is the new fiscal year...but there are some possibility in August and September that the VB for F2A will be current

Immigration reform issue has been there for a long time. I just hope Republican will think that way because it will attract voters once they agree to this immigration reform. Still being positive that I will be reunited with my loved ones soon..I hope VB will be current again soon.

How do you know that it will be current once again in October, where did you get that information, can you please let us know?

As i mentioned, New fiscal year begin October that's mean visa are available once again.

No sir it does not Even though the visas are going to be available for Fiscal 2015 we have retrogressed to May 2012.As much as I would like to agree with you history has shown otherwise.Nobody knows how this system works unfortunately We just have to wait and pray that everything works out.We will not give up hope.
