Case Number and IIN Received date : 2015-04- 27 (Glory to the lord :) ):

AOS Scan Date: 2015-05-11 (I have been advised to wait 30 days from the date of scan to get case closed)

Case Completed at NVC : 2015-06-04 (Praise the lord almighty :)

Medical Booked: 2015-07-08- Completed

Interview Date: 2015-08-19 (Praise the lord almighty) :)

Interview Result : Visa approved :) Thanks lord

I got the petition approved for my daughter waiting for my pd which is Nov 2013 to be current I have to get her visa before she turns 21.Could not have applied before did it as soon as it was possible

This reform has been approved by President Oba but other members of senate has not given permission yet. So its been stucked since a uear. Its really painful to wait after completing every step.

Hi.. jst want to ask about my case..

this means I will not get my interview soon because of this "f2a retrogressed" ?? My pd is april 9,2013 ang my case completed on march 30, 2014.. tnx In advance for ur replies im jst worried about mu case :(

No. I m also in same situation. My PD is 24 May,2013 n my case was completed on 26 March. We can not have interview until cut off date move forward in next VB. Its so unfair,after reaching at last step,we need to sit back n wait that is too for the time which is unknown

We shouldn't be affected by this coz d term "case complete" means we have already a visa fr us.. or else they wouldn't let us pay all the processing fees

Case complete does not mean a visa is already available for you. It simply means that you have completed the required documents by NVC.

A visa number becomes available for you once your PD becomes current and an interview schedule is given.

I have a question, I have already had my interview and now iam currently under administraive processing, will retrogression affect me? Or if somehow they manage to issue me a visa before June 1st, I won't be affected? Thanks.

02/26/2014 - Together with the cheklist they wrote that they had finished reviewing my case, so this is my CASE COMPLETE DATE.


03/04/2014 - CASE COMPLETE E-MAIL


04/01/2014 - Interview Letter received


05/08/2014 - Interview date (received the green slip 221g form)


06/09/2014 - Submitted documents required in form 221g


06/10/2014 - CEAC status changed to "Ready"


06/13/2014 - Received e-mail saying I have to wait until Priority Date becomes current again for visa to be issued.


05/19/2015 - Interview date


05/22/2015 - Passport arrived
