6 days before my Interview I received the voicemail from USCIS saying that my Interview was cancelled....

Got my EAD/AP card on 08/13/14 after 76 days however no notice yet for interview. Seattle office is still working on applications from January 16, 2014 as of 06/30/14.

Eleven7681 - I've watched that but did note that someone who filed the same day as I did now has an interview. They got their EAD/AP the same day as I did and just got their interview date. Adjusted from a K1 though. So I don't believe the processing time. I hope that means I get my interview notice soon.

I was supposed to have Interview next Thursday, August 21st and yesterday I got voicemail from USCIC officer informing me that my appointment was cancelled and I will be rescheduelled at the earliest convinience.

The problem is that I don't have any letter with cancellation notice, voicemail is my only proof. Our USCIS field office like 3 hours away and we have 2 little kids

I still have doubts - should I attend original interview or wait for cancellation notice and new interview date?

It will be stressful - to get there for 9.00 a.m. appointment with two babies and to be sent home....

I would at the very least call on Monday, speak with a tier 2 person and ask if they can find out. What does USCIS.gov have when you log in?

It doesn't say anything about cancellation. It still shows "Testing and Interview: On July 17, 2014, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for August 21, 2014. Please follow the instructions on the notice"

When I enter the I-485 number on the USCIS webpage it says this:

Decision

On August 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

For the I-130 it says this and it is pretty confusing to me:

On August 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, was reopened. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Are we approved or they are reopening the case? That would be my question I guess..

I'm not sure what the I-130 means but I'd guess approved. Did you have an interview?

We had the interview on the 14th.

A day later I checked and got those status updates via the website.

I mean the I-130 should be approved in order for the I-485 to be approved. I don't know if it's a website glitch or something else.

I want to make sure everything is in order.
