Yeah it has nothing to do with USCIS. The border patrol jointly pre-clears you for entry so you can speed through the border. For frequent crossers it is handy. But everyone in the vehicle needs it. Including the baby. And yes, I suspect they will finger print him. I don't think any info will be any different with his interview as with mine, so I have no clue why it's separate.

He is currently almost 4 months old, and will be almost 10 months at his interview.

Oh and my baby is dual so no need to AOS. A bonus for having a Canadian mommy and American daddy. Not to mention born in the US.

Hello everybody! we are finally back home from our vacation, we had so much fun riding roller coasters all day long as well as water rides. I had hard time using my phone to get online because we had very little signal and battery drained so fast. The morning I received the case status email I wanted to share here with all of you, I was so excited I could not believe it! I read that some of you also received the same notification already :dancing: looks like May filed cases are moving smooth and fast and hope it stays like this until the end :D

So happy to hear its moving along well :)

Thank you! after reading some in related topics, I learned that the next thing is to receive another email/txt notification that the "interview letter/invitation" has been sent in the mail and also the same will show in USCIS website. The interview date is usually a month or so from the date of the letter, so if things keep moving as they have so far, I hope to get this next email notification next week and few days later my letter. Of course I am being optimistic and expecting for the best :luv: understanding this stage can take much longer. I am glad I created an account to receive emails and txt notifications each time there is an update in my case.

Just received an RFE for my joint sponsor. Aargh I did 3 years tax returns and 3 months paystubs.

The letter is so vague though as to why it was returned. so bummed right now :(

What a pain. Sorry you have to do this. I answered in your other thread too but Apparently they aren't convinced the joint sponsor's income is current. Did you include the most recent pay stubs? 2013 tax transcript?

I'd follow that letter point by point. Good luck!

Got email and text, I'm on testing and interview now!! Exactly 30 days after filing

Awesome!! for me it seems that everything is happening on Thursdays, and I sent my package on Thursday too. I am crossing fingers to get the next email/txt notification this Thursday about the appointment letter being sent the mail. I read this is what to expect next, followed by the hard copy letter in the mail of course. I have been very casual about the sitting and waiting process until I knew my case is in testing and interview, I check the status online several times a day and I check other timelines to connect the dots.
