i guess we have the same timeline... :) hope we receive the next step soon...very very soon...

Yup we are pretty close in our timing. Hopefully we see progress quickly. My timeline says I can expect to hear about my EAD/AP at the end of July. I'm hoping by doing biometrics early it will be pushed ahead.

Yup we are pretty close in our timing. Hopefully we see progress quickly. My timeline says I can expect to hear about my EAD/AP at the end of July. I'm hoping by doing biometrics early it will be pushed ahead.

A friend of mine filed on Feb. 4th and had his interview on April 8th. He did a walk in earlier because he was going to be out of the country and 10 days later he had the notice. He told me to try to walk in for Biometrics, since it seems that it can speed up your process (assuming you don't have any RFE). I checked yesterday the timelines for NBC (MSC) that is where mine is being processed and the AOS is around 2.5 months and EAD is 3 months. I've read that some people get the EAD in 2 months or even in one... hoping that I get the EAD at the end of the month or at least the interview date! Still one more month to go - For all my friends here in the Bay Area that filled last year and this year, they got the interview before the EAD... hoping I have the same luck!

BTW I'm filling concurrently, so this process is supposed to be shorter.

We finally landed in Texas and a USCIS letter was waiting us. It notified us that the address change has been made aware of and processed. Now waiting for the interview. So exited! How long before we get the letter?

I'm curious... Is anyone on this thread not filing concurrently? I thought for the work/school/tourist visa AOS was done concurrently?

So after doing a walk-in at the biometrics, everything went smoothly. We changed our address to Texas (we moved from NY last week) and received a change of address confirmation with our case number etc. I'm hoping it won't take longer because of the move, though. Thank god we were transferred to the Texas center anyway.

Mine is processed at Nebraska and I got my fingerprint notice.

Sometimes it's because your local office is so packed they cannot give date. Maybe 30 days and call them to follow up
