I woke up last night at 11:24pm to 3 text messages and 3 emails each with different receipt numbers, which I believe they are for each form I-130, I-485 and I-765. :dancing: Needless to say I could not fall asleep feeling excited and relieved :content: one step at the time right? :thumbs:

For you who had received the e-notification, did you also received 3 of them?

This is what the emails say :

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXXX. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

This confirmation provides notification of the date USCIS received your case. This notice does NOT grant any immigration status or benefit. You MAY NOT present this notice as evidence that you have been granted any immigration status or benefit. Further, this notice does NOT constitute evidence that your case remains pending with USCIS. The current status of your case must be verified with USCIS.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE

Text messages only say that my case was accepted, 3 diff receipt numbers and form will arrive in the mail.

What are the difference between NOA1 and NOA2? how many forms I-797 will we received during the whole process? I thought all those forms were NOA's

Thank you! of course I could not resist and went to check my case status online and this is what I have so far:

I-765 in " Initial review" stage

I read quite a bit this morning and I found out - someone correct me if I am wrong please- that I-765 is processed at NBC while I-130 and I-485 goes to local USCIS office.

Is Biometrics appointment the next step?

I hope so! but biometrics needs to be done first. I read the notes in the website where I checked my I-765 status and it says that they issue the letter for biometrics appointment within 30 days of submitting application, but it all depends on how many applications are ahead. So far I am glad the process is going good, slow but solid steps I don't mind at all :P

How exciting!! I haven't check our bank account yet to see if the checks have been cashed, I wouldn't be surprised if they are this morning as well.

Yup, texts and emails for all applications you filed, thus, 1:1, 2:2, etc.

NoA, form I-797C...you'd get with respect to the number of your applications. If you filed I -130, I -485, I -765, you'd get separate NoA for each of them.

6/30/2014 - Notification from USCIS, Testing & Interview

8/13/2014 - EAD and AP approved

8/18/2014 - EAD received

10/15/2014 - Interview at New York Federal Plaza and APPROVED email and text at the end of day

10/21/2014 - Green card in the mail
