Hi everyone. I am also a may applicant.

I mailed packet on 5/9/2014

received by uscis as reflected on receipt 5/13/14.

5/19/14 I received NOA for i130 and i485 receipts.

On 5/23/14 I received notice for biometrics at the tampa office to appear on 6/11/14. I went to biometrics on the actual date, no early walk in. This is the most up to date info I have. There has been no change since my biometrics. My i130 is still in intial review and i485 still in acceptance stage. Since I have done my biometrics I check a few times a day for updated but nothing so far. I am sure is a painfull process for everyone on here so I wish everyone good luck and a speedy process

Hi there,I have a similar timeline with you. I did my biometrics on 6/11/14 and there have been no changes or notifications since than. Any updated from your end?. Best of luck

sorry I forgot to mention that my local uscis office is also tampa where I also did my biometrics

Mailed out my RFE reply today.

Included the employment letter and last 6 months (instead of 3) paystubs. Additionally also submitted W2's that were not sent with original application.

Fingers crossed but I heard tampa is slow, I called uscis customer service today and was told that tampa office is processing september 2013 at this time, my case is was sent from national benefits to nebraska,I didnt apply for my ead with my original packet since based on previous research usually ead and interview are so close together. However it seems things are moving slow and perhaps that was a mistake from my part not aapplying. Anyhow best of luck and please share any updates

Fingers crossed but I heard tampa is slow, I called uscis customer service today and was told that tampa office is processing september 2013 at this time, my case is was sent from national benefits to nebraska,I didnt apply for my ead with my original packet since based on previous research usually ead and interview are so close together. However it seems things are moving slow and perhaps that was a mistake from my part not aapplying. Anyhow best of luck and please share any updates

Didnt apply for EAD either for the same reason as u.i saw processing times and yes its september 2013.But laywer told me its gonna be 5 months the whole process

I don't understand what that processing time means? Nyc is also September 2013 but I see all the timelines. And it's going pretty fast if everything is good... Anybody knows?

Not sure but there is no clear pattern to these cases, every one seems different, I noticed you had the change to testing and interview 13 days after your biometrics, for me it has been 23 days since the biometrics and still no change. I can only assume that certain offices are more overwhelmed than others and so its up to their progress for the interview to be scheduled. This is my assumption, there no clear pattern. My case was transfered from national benefits to nebraska so maybe thats a factor also, who knows

It all depends what r u adjusting for.Immediate relatives like spouses,parents r faster than everybody else.So it should not take longer than 5 months.Plus we r here in USA not abroad

My I-485 was transferred to Nebraska too few days after being accepted. I-130 and I-765 are in Missouri

Hello everyone. I'm new to this web board. i have a few questions in my mind.

Anybody here got an EAD card or any update information with the EAD yet ? Mine still show "initial review" status. I sent my papers out on 5/5/2014. And my biometrics is all set in a 3 weeks ago. i know it's might be early to expect for the EAD. But i just want to know that am i the only one here who still waiting for the EAD or not ?
