Past the 30 day processing time

Well I am afraid to call NSC tomorrow about our 129f app. I now officially past the 30 day timeline for Nebraska. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I got touched twice a few week back. Now that I think about it. This was most likely because I changed my address. (At least someone has my file) I am fast becoming last person in the house. I just want someone to say all this waiting will be worth it, because I hate to have an denial. The only real grace is seeing Nadya in a week and half. Perhaps some romance to forget this craziness

I not sure either. But I am hoping someone will tell me. By what I hear we will only get a canned response. so I do not know what to do other than call them.

I didn't even think about that, I'm so into embassy emailing right now!

Nebraska says to call their number when you are past your date on the processing times site, so I would call them at that number.

when you enter you receipt no.,do not space or use dashes - U should also register your email address for automatic email updates.

I called them and asked the kind person (he was very kind and very professional) if my asking about my status would slow my petition down. he said absolutely not and it was past the 30 day posting. he said I wuld get a response within 30 days. two days later I got my NOa2. (by the way I still have not got the status of my petition).

I would call them. I had to cue this and that number, dont remember what the sequence was but I was on hold for 20 minutes before I got a live one.

well there's that whole group of us who are MIA all mostly Jan/Feb of this year. If you get thru to someone PLEASE post and let me know, I will be taking the 30 mins or so time on my lunch break today to try and do the same thing. It is a very unpleasant feeling to check that damn thing every day and see YOU DON'T EXIST!! you also don't exist on the info line, no such case is what they say. It sucks!!

I called when my case was 30 days outside the processing dates-they took what they call a "referral" asked for my receipt#, my name, fiance's name and so on. I rec'd a letter from them telling me the case was still being investigated. I was about to call again b/c another 30 days had passed but I got my noa2.

If it is 30 days past-I would call them now-definetly!!!

So when you call they have no record of your petition?? sounds strange. If you have your noa1, you have a case# so you do exist in the system. Have you called 1-800-375-5283? You should call & speak to someone right away

Yeah, well it's a real bummer, cuz when you call you punch in the receipt # on the phone and it tells you that you're nobody. And you get that online too. It was very difficult for me to get to talk to a real person, because it asks if I have a receipt #, well yes I do, but according to you people I don't exist! and when I finally did get a guy, just seemed like he was pulling my chain. Said, OH if it shows Jan 30 in the processing dates, it really means Dec 30. and "don't pay attention to the online thing, we don't update it." But he did supposedly "see me" in the system, so I got that goin.
