HELP!

In just 3 weeks I am fling to Sydney for my interview as a Sponsor to bring my wife to America. I am working on getting my 2004 taxes done before I leave however they may not be completely paid by the time I get to Sydney. I will have all of my other tax returns for the last 10 years even though I only need the last 3 years. Because I had undergone a bad divorce and was not able to work on completing the 2004 year taxes until now I am worried that this will just hold up the entire process. I also have accounts that I settled with the business at a lesser amount. I also still have people that I owe money to. The problem is that I make over $100.00 a year in income and can fix all of these problem over the next 12 months. Had I know that I was going to be getting married I would have prepared better. Here is my urgent question. When I attend my interview in Sydney and the AC will they have access to a copy of my Credit Report? I make about 5 times the average American each year and I have always maintain A1 Credit. That is until now. Will my credit history keep me from bringing my wife to America on this trip. And if so what can I do about it before I leave America for Australia?

I hope that someone can help me soon because I am worried about this.

Thank you, Paul

Thank you on your fast reply. You have made me feel alittle more at ease. However, I still read where they want the last three years of taxes and I have every year except 2004. I can have it done but maybe not paid by mid Feb. And for the other couple that quoted my income with a big "What " I never said just how much over $100.00 it was. The national average is pretty low. Anyway, if they are not going to be performing a credit check on me then everthing will be fine.

Include the requested returns; the tax bill does not have to be paid to make them valid.

If you have a valid reason for not yet having filed, supply the most recent three years that you have available and explain the missing years, which is what I did (had filed an extension).
