CEAC says "Ready" but no emails received from GUZ

Our case was expedited at NVC and NVC notified us (per a call) that they can no longer provide info on our case since our case has been sent to the consulate. And on CEAC, our case was received on May 5 and it changed from "in transit" to "ready". But we have not received ANY email from the consulate about an IV date or any instructions (P4?).


HOwever, I searched on VJ and found many members (beneficiary from China) have received the famous P4 email on the same day as their case was received by the consulate.


SHould I be worried? I called CGI Stanley earlier and got the "robot" standard answer. We are doing EP.



Has this happened before? Does anyone know whats going on? Or How long do we still have to wait?

03/14/2014 DS261 available and submitted
03/17/2014 AOS fee available, paid, and it shows "in process", ENROLL email for EP sent
03/18/2014. AOS bill shows "PAID"
03/19/2014. AOS package sent thru email
03/24/2014. IV bill invoiced and paid!
03/26/2014. IV bill shows PAID and DS 260 available, IV package sent via email
03/27/2014 DS 260 submitted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
04/05/2014. ENROLL acceptance email received and GZO number issued, another email stating they have received our AOS docs.

04/10/2014 AOS checklist and also said our DS 260 has been received; Expedite Request Sent

04/11/2014 Response to the checklist sent

04/18/2014 IV package under review (system didnt receive attachments from one of my emails, so I resent the IV package just to be sure)

05/02/2014 Expedite Request Approved, case is "in transit"

05/05/2014 Consulate Rec. (CEAC says READY)

05/08/2014 AP for the first time

05/09/2014 Interview scheduled May 27, Medical May 13.

05/27/2014 Visa APPROVED!!!

05/28/2014 CEAC changed to "ISSUED"

And my case was already complete (iv, aos, ds260, police certificate, photos submitted), and after that it was expedited and sent to my local embassy.

On 5th of May it was showing READY, but no calls or emails from the embassy.

I wrote to the embassy on 30th of april, asking for an appointment date, but no reply (they are claiming 5 business days to reply, but today ended the 5th day. No calls are accepted on IV matter).

Is there anyone who was also expedited, when should we hear from the embassy?

hey I see your case is in china too. Can you ask you a question?

once you got CC, did you contact them regarding the interview schedule? or NVC or the embassy contact you?

I just got CC, I don't know what to do next. Do I just wait for the interview schedule date? Thank you!
